Welcome to LPK888. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and LPK888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the LPK888 website, mobile interface, software, games, payment services, promotional programmes, and all associated features and content (collectively, "the Services").

LPK888 is an online gaming platform operated for the benefit of players across Malaysia. Our platform offers a range of gaming products including live casino tables, sports betting, slot games, fishing games, crash titles, and lottery-style products. All Services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are designed specifically for the Malaysian market.

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this Agreement. Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of LPK888's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• Age: You are aged 21 years or older. LPK888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to create accounts or access gambling services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage and to close any Account where the age requirement is not met.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold another active Account on the LPK888 Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not voluntarily excluded yourself from LPK888 or from online gambling through a self-exclusion programme. Attempting to open a new Account while under self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Any material misrepresentation is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

To access LPK888's Services, you must register a player Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide your real name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment information as prompted. False or misleading information provided at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. LPK888 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify LPK888's customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We will take prompt action to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account.

• One Account per player — duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to another party.
• LPK888 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account for any applicant without providing a reason.
• Players are required to keep their contact details (email address, phone number) current and accurate at all times.

The LPK888 Platform and all Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use LPK888's Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other player's enjoyment of the Services.

LPK888 reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform for the purposes of security, compliance, responsible gambling, and service quality. By using the Platform, you consent to such monitoring.

All games available on LPK888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or are sourced from regulated live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined independently and impartially. LPK888 does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the standard house edge built into each game's mathematics.

LPK888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, as well as selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20). Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time for most supported payment methods. LPK888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. LPK888 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors or banks.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before funds are released. Standard withdrawal processing targets are as follows, though these are not guaranteed service levels:

• Verified accounts: most withdrawals processed within 1–24 hours during business operations.
• VIP Platinum and above: priority processing with same-day targets for requests submitted before the daily cutoff.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to network confirmation times, which are outside LPK888's control.

LPK888 applies a withdrawal method matching policy: funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. LPK888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in additional processing time.

LPK888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all LPK888 promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game Weighting: Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages. Full details are provided in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per event. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse: LPK888 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any other conduct designed to game the bonus system. All bonus decisions by LPK888 are final.

All games on the LPK888 platform operate under rules specific to each game type and provider. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game. LPK888 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits may vary by game type, player VIP tier, and the specific table or market selected. Limits are displayed within the relevant game interface at all times.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with LPK888's official sports betting rules, which govern scenarios including match postponements, abandonments, player withdrawals, and disputed results. The Platform's settlement of bets is final subject to any formal dispute process outlined in these Terms.

LPK888 reserves the right to void any wager placed after the official start time of an event where the bet was not confirmed before commencement. For live in-play betting, bets accepted after an event's commencement are valid only if the market was open at the time of acceptance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the LPK888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balance (including winnings), and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or any automated tools to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or generate guaranteed profits from promotional offers.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds with minimal gameplay ("chip dumping").
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing LPK888 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Using the Platform if you are a minor (under 21 years of age) or are otherwise ineligible as described in Section 3.

LPK888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gameplay. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the LPK888 Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LPK888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, even if LPK888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

LPK888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

LPK888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Closure by Player: You may close your LPK888 Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Suspension or Closure by LPK888: LPK888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; failure to pass identity verification; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or where continued operation of the Account presents compliance, legal, or reputational risk to LPK888.

Where an Account is closed by LPK888 due to proven fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, LPK888 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance, including winnings, pending investigation and resolution. Any funds determined to be derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

LPK888 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the LPK888 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to LPK888's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through LPK888's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the applicable competent authority.

LPK888's internal complaints procedure is available to all players. To raise a formal complaint, please contact our customer support team with full details of your concern. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian law or any other applicable mandatory legal protections.
